I created this online space out of a personal desire to practice articulating and imparting what I learn and what I find truly inspirational. 

Since I was a child, I remember wanting to have knowledge, but knowledge of what I couldn’t really define. I was always interested in the mysterious, magic and ancient cultures. Adding to that list now, in an effort to make it more comprehensive would be :

• Philosophy (the love of Wisdom, the divine entity whose body we live on)
• literature
• beauty
• animism
• personal power
• the mind
• human purpose
• Nature

I’m not pretending to be an expert at anything.

Human life is relatively short and in this time most are living devoid of beauty, purpose or vision. It’s important to bring attention to what is beautiful and what timelessly inspires humanity. I feel in this time that it is equally important to have an awareness of what has caused humanity to degenerate. Of what errors have occurred and what current errors are leading humanity away from its true potential.

Of course, all this would be my opinion based on what I learn and experience.

My posts might come out as notes I write to myself or as if I were having an imaginary conversation with someone who asked my opinion. Or they might be lifestyle posts. We shall see…

I chose the name The White Pine Woods because that’s where I live, in Canada and I’m very fond of their presence in the landscape.

I’m also a homeschooling parent to one magical child.
